Postgresql HOWTO?

Check out /usr/pkg/share/examples/rc.d/

If you want the startup scripts installed for you, add this to mk.conf:

PKG_RCD_SCRIPTS=yes
RCD_SCRIPTS_DIR=/usr/pkg/etc/rc.d
