git: drm - Update to Linux 4.20.17

Hi,
I have reinstalled the mesa-dri package and I have also tried installing it
from the ports but the problem persists.

> change the "AccelMethod" from "sna" to "SNA" and report back?
Changed to "SNA" from "sna" but no change.

Still my glxinfo | grep render reports
