coretemp module on newer i12/i13/i14 Intel silicon

The sensors might be ACPI based, or they might require a specific driver.
Unfortunately I do not have any Intel boxes of those generations to test
on.  You might be able to track down where the FreeBSD coretemp data is
coming from by doing a verbose boot of FreeBSD.
