There was a bug report about ports-mgmt/dialog4ports at https://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/issues/3334.
The fix should be in dports master branch already with commit https://github.com/DragonFlyBSD/DeltaPorts/commit/7b8178e4df5f531ecc15bc13218c486c6dac624d

Are you running an up-to-date dports tree ? If yes, please check if you have dragonfly/patch-mixedlist.h file in there.
If not please update your tree. If that's the case, could you please post a link with the failure log somewhere ?
