How are Dport packages managed? Can regular user contrib or only admins can do that?

DragonFly’s DPorts is derived from FreeBSD ports plus our custom patches. Well, DPorts also has some new ports and lacks some unsupported ports.

We don’t have enough manpower to maintain it on our own.
