make upgrade errors out

I'm getting an error when running "make upgrade" recently. Everything 
else is running fine so it's not urgent.

I haven't manually changed anything in /usr/src. Is this a general 
thing or something specific to my system? If the latter, can someone 
point me toward where to look for problems?
