libcrypto is typically OpenSSL.

But the version number looks wrong in this case. OpenSSL latest is
1.1.1g. Its version is 1.1:

$ ls ~/tmp/ok2delete/lib/libcrypto.*
/home/jwalton/tmp/ok2delete/lib/libcrypto.a
/home/jwalton/tmp/ok2delete/lib/libcrypto.so
/home/jwalton/tmp/ok2delete/lib/libcrypto.so.1.1

I'm not sure where the .46 is coming from.
