HAMMER2 updates in master - will be brought into the current release for Christmas

I am running H1 on dm_crypt(4) since a few months, on 5.2 then 5.4 and for what it's worth, it's been really stable.

As Aaron said it's FS independent so it should work fine with H2.

At the occasion of Matt's excellent progress in this area, let me be a
little curious:

Is anyone using H2 on dm_target_crypt(4) device? Is initrd(7) ready for
this? Is it considered stable?
