Random server crashes every few weeks (smp_invltlb: endless loop […] retrysmp_invltlb: ipi sent)

Sorry for the long delay.  Other, more urgent projects kept me so busy
that I didn’t manage to catch up with this thread.

My employer wants to stick with Dragonfly; we have already invested too
much time in building this system to be able to switch to another
operating system, it would cost us months to get an inferior system
built with something else.

Is there something I can to to aid in debugging this?  I cannot code,
but I could set up test machines and try out patches.  Perhaps we could
set up and pay for a virtual server for the devs and give out full
access, if that would help.  We‘re a small startup and our funds are
limited, but anything that we can do to help make this go away is
game. :o)
