Haswell GPU support enabled in DragonFly-3.9

Hi,

The drm/i915 kernel driver now recognizes Haswell GPUs.

It is unfortunately not perfect and exhibits display corruption
artefacts with typical X11 desktops.

The workaround is to disable acceleration in the 2D Xorg driver
by adding the following line in the Device section of xorg.conf:

	Option "NoAccel" "true"

I am hopeful the kernel driver can be fixed in the future to work
out of the box. In the meantime, it should already be more useful
than the vesa driver.
