request for port mod_fcgid

Hi Joerg and others,

Could someone please port mod_fcgid into pkgsrc. i find www/ap2-fastcgi 
quite a problem sometimes.

Its in FreeBSD ports, from looking at the Makefile it should take like 
10 minutes for some of you, i would take a day.
