How old is your system? Simon committed my fixes to the 
linuxulator/ioctl mapping at the end of February. You may need to update 
your system.

linux: 'ioctl' fd=13, cmd=0x6401 ('d',1) not implemented

This is the kind of problem I was seeing that led me to find the bugs in 
the ioctl mapping code.
