This set of patches pulls in BSD licensed `diff`, `diff3`, and `sdiff` utilities to DragonFlyBSD as well as removing GNU diff from the base system. I have tested these patches to the best of my current knowledge by running `buildworld` as well as installing it and using it. I have applied the patches to the base system via `git apply` and it has worked for me.
