CVSweb error

:huge problem, but I thought it should at least be mentioned :-)

    Ok, I've reworked the cgi-man code a bit.  I'm still not entirely happy
    with it and am going to play with it some more (there are some security
    issues with the way it extracts the query data), so you may see some
    glitches,  but it should generally be working now.
