[PATCH] Sync VESA support with FreeBSD-CURRENT

Hi,

here is a patch that syncs our VESA support with FreeBSD-CURRENT (where 
necessary):

It contains the following changes:

1) #include opt_vesa.h so that VESA_DEBUG works and add some more debug 
messages.

2) Add support for cards that identify themself as 'VIA CLE266' (two 
values have to be corrected for these cards).

3) Don't ignore VESA modes that have the NON-VGA bit set. Some cards 
(ATI Radeon 7000, for example) have this bit set for all their SVGA modes.

4) Remove some output from dmesg and put it under bootverbose.

Thanks to Sarunas Vancevicius for testing issue 3 (he has a Radeon 7000).
