ACPI from FreeBSD-STABLE

Well, I didn't say that it didn't boot, but just apm wasn't identified by
the driver. But then I didn't think apm had much to play with than with ACPI.
Anyway, I'm holding my breath and see how ACPI code matures in -STABLE.
