Sorry, but you are wrong. :)

Floppies (even when emulated via ILOM, via a virtual machine like e.g. 
VMware or thru cd-rom booting with el-torito) are essential. It would be 
stupid to remove that. Gergo also has a point wrt. legacy hardware.
