Two question about snd_hda(ALC260) and usb mouse

Only responding to your second question... edit /etc/rc.conf and put

moused=YES

there, then issue the following command:

# /etc/rc.d/moused start

You can now use a mouse in your console. If not, then the OS is not
supporting the mouse, if yes, it's X.
