iwi panic

It doesn't panic now, but the firmware fails to load with the
following errors:

Dec 17 00:02:16 neptune kernel: iwi0: timeout waiting for firmware
initialization to complete
Dec 17 00:02:16 neptune kernel: iwi0: could not load boot firmware

I tried increasing the timeout from 1 second to 2 to no avail.
