Worlds greatest kernel

In thinking about what would be the "best" kernel, the following come to
mind:
1. The ability to "run" or model various contemporary OS execution
environments
2. An implicit Unified Machine Architecture for clustering
3. Everything is paged (except the pager)
4. Implicit application state mirroring for redundancy
5. Protected domain device drivers ( nothing crashes the core kernel
scheduler or loader unloader )
just my 2 cents worth.
