PF docs for DragonFly (need reviewer)

I am looking for a couple reviewers for PF documentation that has been 
improved to cover other BSDs including DragonFly.

If you'd be willing to help review it and provide feedback in particular 
about PF support and documentation for non-OpenBSD, please let me know.

Part of it (or all of it) could be reused for the DragonFly doc also.
