    kernel - Add kernel_fpu_begin() and kernel_fpu_end()
    
    * Add kernel_fpu_begin() and kernel_fpu_end().  Some linux stuff
      in amdgpu will need it.
    
      Generally speaking the entire FP system needs a rewrite, but I'm
      not doing that now.
    
    * Adjust structural fields in thread structure to avoid structure
      size or offset changes in other fields.
