git: DragonFly_RELEASE_4_0 acpi: Don't set non-exist EXT IRQ

sephe, thanks for this fix.
It seems this commit in the latest master iso resolves the critical kernel
panic issue I had on installation using v4.0.5 (or below) iso.
btw I was using this GIGABYTE's GA-H97-HD3.
