DragonFly src repository

  Added files:
    cvsweb               index.html 
  Log:
  Fix up the web page for cvsweb.dragonflybsd.org to automatically redirect
  to the actual cvsweb site.  The problem was that you can't alias the root
  directory to run the cvsweb cgi directly without creating a mess in the
  apache configs.
