Since upgrading to 5.8, my wifi occasionally drops out, and `doas service netif restart` does not bring it back. A reboot does though

I've tried it with each of:
#wpa_supplicant_program="/usr/sbin/wpa_supplicant"
#wpa_supplicant_program="/raven/sbin/wpa_supplicant"
wpa_supplicant_program="/usr/local/sbin/wpa_supplicant"

`doas service netif restart`:
