Start tinc, which will open '/dev/tun' to clone a tun device '/dev/tun0' and an interface 'tun0'

Issue 1: No default group 'tun' assigned to the 'tun0' interface.

Issue 2: Run 'ifconfig tun create' fails with: SIOCIFCREATE2: File exists
