make installworld fails with tag HEAD

:Using cvs tag HEAD.
:make -j6 buildworld, make buildkernel and
:make installkernel worked fine.
:But make installworld just halted with this message:

    It kinda sounds like a segmentation fault from /bin/sh, which means
    you need to update your kernel first (to fix the TLS bug).  Then
    try the installworld again.
