make installworld fails with tag HEAD

Updated the sources about 30 minutes ago.
Using cvs tag HEAD.
make -j6 buildworld, make buildkernel and
make installkernel worked fine.
But make installworld just halted with this message:
install -o root -g wheel -m 644 Segmentation 
/usr/share/examples/Segmentation
install: Segmentation: No such file or directory
*** Error code 71

Just in case you wanted to know.
