Console issues under VMware

:Anyone else running DF under VMware?

:I've been having issues (used to be occasionally, now it's on a fairly 
:regular basis) where DF will stop recognising mouse and keyboard input 
:on the console (including Ctrl+Alt+Esc, so getting into ddb is rather 
:difficult).
:
:Sometimes the events are queued, and I'll get a spattering of typing 
:minutes later; other times, nothing.  However, it's still running fine; 
:apps with remote displays are completely responsive.
:
:I suspect that parts of my system may be out of sync, so I'm going to 
:try fixing that first; but thought I'd post this to see if anyone else 
:has seen similar issues.

    There was a bug a few days ago which screwed up serial communications
    that has since been fixed.  It could be that.
