It looks like the storage got corrupted in the B+Tree itself, which is
likely fatal.  The best solution is to format a fresh filesystem and
restore from a backup.  If you don't have any backups then you may be able
to recover the broken hammer filesystem using an offline scan.  For that,
though, you need to set the drive aside and put in a new fresh drive with a
fresh install of DFly on it.  Then attach the old drive via a second sata
port and use hammer's off-line 'recover' directive to scan the broken media
and reconstruct the filesystem to a subdirectory on the live drive.  You
can't recover the broken media in-place.
