Hi,

After a 'git pull' in my '/usr/pkgsrc'

I was running

#pkg_rolling-replace -rsuv

and noticed these warnings.

RR> Checking for mismatched installed packages using pkg_chk
rr> WARNING: No audio/csound4-manual/Makefile - package moved or obsolete?
rr> WARNING: No databases/php5-mysqli/Makefile - package moved or obsolete?

later was hit with this error :-(

RR> Selecting php5-mysqli (databases/php5-mysqli) as next package to replace
RR> Checking if php5-mysqli has new depends...
cd: can't cd to /usr/pkgsrc/databases/php5-mysqli
RR> php5-mysqli has the following new depends (need to re-tsort):
rr> [bash gmake perl]
RR> Tsorting dependency graph
RR> Selecting php5-mysqli (databases/php5-mysqli) as next package to replace
*** No package directory 'databases/php5-mysqli' for php5-mysqli.
*** Please read the errors listed above, fix the problem,
*** then re-run pkg_rolling-replace to continue.
+ bash
+ curl
+ libxslt
+ mysql-client
+ p5-XML-Parser
+ php5-pear
+ python26
+ wget
- php5-mysqli

How do I fix it?

Thanks :-)
