I don't think the slimming free IPv4 address space is of real concern 
yet here*, but in countries like Malaysia I can surely imagine. However, 
using NAT is ugly and produces it's own set of problems (including false 
sense of security), that gives IPv6 a plausible advantage, besides the 
improvements in the actual protocol.
