Audigy problems.

It also broke my SB Live! 1024 card (the emu10k1 patches). With the new
revisions I have no control of the mixer at all, if I set all the options to
0:0, sound still bursts out of my rear speakers at full volume, only front
speakers can be adjusted. And the sound is clipping (cracks and spikes all
the time).

Backporting to revision 1.3 of emu10k1.c and 1.2 of emu10k1.h fixes this
problem. The new ac97 patchset dont make any difference for me.

asmodai has been notified about this, not sure how progress is going.
