You happen to have your patches available for this online anywhere?

If the licensing permits, this would probably be a good addition to a 
regression test suite (src/test in dfly's CVS I think), if there are 
actually crashing regressions in ataNG and similar code.

Or it could also just make a nice addition to ports.
