Implement another package management in DfBSD

The compile error is caused by an incorrect path in the plist_files of the
Makefile.
Open the Makefile and locate the following line:
       man/man1/htop.1.gz \

and replace it with:

       share/man/man1/htop.1.gz \

This should resolve the compilation errors.
