pkg upgrade conflicts

If it helps, there's the "bullet-proof" upgrade process, where you can
remove and re-add all the packages:

This should be usable even if 'pkg upgrade' isn't able to figure things
out.  This is pretty close to what Autumn's recommending.  It doesn't
answer how you ended up in this state, but I think that's a separate
problem to solve past "how do I get this update to complete".
