python311 fails to build

Hi,
I am trying to build python311 from the ports but it fails to build with an
error

/usr/obj/dports/lang/python311/stage/usr/local/lib/python3.11/lib-dynload/_elementtree.cpython-311.so:No
such file or directory
pkg-static: Unable to access file
