DragonflyBSD on QEMU booted right but can not install!

There are other partitions available, like "vbd0s1b", "vbd0s1d", etc. Have you tried those?
For example, I'm using "hammer2:vbd0s1d" as a boot device.
Also, make sure you're using the correct fs type, you wrote you tried both hammer2 and ufs partitions.
