Xorg and CWM can not loading

There is a confusion between *two different* files here.
1 - The Xorg reports an error in
/usr/local/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/11-modesetting.conf
2 - But you are displaying the file
/usr/local/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/11-modesetting.conf
Can you display the first file?
Also, better edit only files in /usr/local/etc, not in the provided
system config directory /usr/local/share.
