net.link.tap.up_on_open does not exist

Hi Mario,

This worked for me:

antonioh at x6:~$ sudo sysctl net.link.tap.up_on_open=1
net.link.tap.up_on_open: 0 -> 1

I'm using an old master revision in this box:

DragonFly x6.localhost 6.3-DEVELOPMENT DragonFly 
v6.3.0.88.gfd273-DEVELOPMENT #65: Thu Apr 14 14:34:21 CEST 2022 
antonioh at x6.localhost:/usr/obj/home/antonioh/s/dragonfly/sys/X86_64_GENERIC 
x86_64
