Firefox runs extremely slow on Dragonfly 6

Hello,

I recently started using Dragonfly BSD and I am happy to say I enjoy it a lot. :-) However, I have an issue where everything else in the system runs smoothly, but Firefox (Firefox ESR to be exact) has a delay when clicking on elements or interacting in the web display. I tried to enable hardware acceleration in about:config but this didn't work. Is there a solution to this? Thanks.
