Hi Fritjof,

Can you try a different window manager? xfce4 for instance or cwm. This
is to rule out lumina as the source of the problem. Are there any
warnings / error messages printed on the console?

I was using Lumina on DragonFly in the past... and your problem sounds
familiar to me. But it's too long ago and I might get things mixed up.
Did you start "dbus" (dbus_enable=YES in /etc/rc.conf)?
