Hammer errors.

I woke up to IO errors on my Dragonfly machine. dmesg shows this
representative sample:

Which looks really pretty bad. There don't appear to be any errors from the
underlying device, however, and rebooting seems to have cleared it up
(which also seems kind of bad, in the sense that nondeterminism is never
fun).

I suppose the question is: how concerned should I be?
