Jitsi server for DragonFlyBSD

HyperText aside, "service -e" shows jitsi-videobridge and jicofo services
will start and run. See screenshot.

In netstat I see udp4 and 6 listening on what appear to be subnets for *.*
My friend Google says this is mDNS, which I have not seen before. I see tcp
listeners on 443, 8080 and 8181--not to mention a great reduction in
connections overall.
