New binary packages available (Sync Jan 17 2021)

Huh, I can't remember the nginx-full conflict but it wasn't nginx (and I
think I've tried what you recommended), It was something very trivial, a
file in a dependency (not in nginx-full) that had two separate sources
(ie. it was part of two packages).
