Well, the bugs at dragonflybsd.org ML seems a problem, will direct it to the relevant person later.
Generally, only the users at dragonflybsd.org ML is actively used.
As for the IRC, almost all of our active devs are there (#dragonflybsd on EFNet). But some patience is needed.
