Hello Pierre,
regarding the version of Electrum available, it's the same story as for most ports we offer, we're dependant on the version in FreeBSD ports.
>From https://github.com/DragonFlyBSD/DeltaPorts/commit/95f2bb679ffd575ff7bb54a8723afddb5520b775 and https://github.com/DragonFlyBSD/DPorts/commit/bb778d0d39c9ca81bc50c1dbeb152ea3f5893395, version 4.1.4 did build and is now in staged branch of DPorts, which means it should arrive with the next delivery of packages (and you should be able to build it yourself at that time too, in case you are doing the building yourself).
If Electrum itself is reporting than 4.1.5 is available, maybe there's a mechanism in the software itself, that is going to check on their servers what is the latest version they've released, but that doesn't mean it's the same version you will be able to find in the DPorts tree unfortunately.
