UNIX signals on DragonFly

I noticed a few things don't compile on Dragonfly (i3-blocks and dwmblocks
are the two I came across) due to missing RTSIGMIN/RTSIGMAX. I'm likely
wrong, but don't those values add user defined signals in addition to USR1
and USR2?

I've seen questions about this on older mailing lists for FreeBSD and
possibly here. Is there any harm in adding theme here? Or are there just
better ways to accomplish the same outcome.
