I think the locale required is

ml_IN.UTF-8
UTF-8
Malayalam, India ( https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23824_01/html/E26033/glset.html )

But it is not showing with

$ locale -a |grep ml

So should I install any package to have it?
Also how do I use bot English and Malayalam on the system?
