Postfix's not a firewall, so, there's no reason it should be incompatible
with PF spamd.

PF spamd certainly has some drawbacks, but one of the benefits is that you
could whitelist certain hosts through passive OS fingerprinting, which
could make sure you don't actually get any mail ever delayed from the
friendly boxes worldwide.
